This Texas honey is a mix of honeys from North, West and South of Fort Worth. The honey their bees make is predominately from rural locations and is left raw (unpasteurized) and unfiltered which leaves valuable pollens (cedar, willow, cottonwood, ragweed, elm, oak and every other weed and grass in most of TX and America) and antimicrobials such as propolis for your body to utilize and it tastes great! Different colored honeys are made from a variety of plants that bloom seasonally, at different times of the year. Nature?s Nectar honey will be in array of ambers and sometimes darker colors.
